MiPermit Service Update
COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
Our customer service centre is experiencing some delays in answering calls. If your query is not urgent please email help@mipermit.com.

Update 27 March 2020
Volumes to our MiPermit emergency response call centre are currently 5% of normal volumes. This has allowed us to stand down a number of our key workers and they are now home safe with their families. We thank all our MiPermit customers for your continued patience and support during these difficult times.
Update 25 March 2020
Our customer service centre will be operating reduced hours : 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. This is to allow our teams to increase our assistance to Local Government emergency response teams as the situation develops. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these difficult times.
We are continually monitoring the situation with COVID-19 to ensure we can continue to provide an uninterrupted service to our customers. However, as the situation escalates we may have to reduce the capacity of our customer services centre, or suspend our telephone support.

Please note that this would only affect our ability to answer telephone calls. Our web site, smartphone apps, and SMS services will all be running as normal.

Our communities are being significantly disrupted. As a nation, working together, small adjustments will mean that we can help to protect our families and friends.
