We are investigating this at present - we apologise if you cannot connect to us at this time. Our automated payment lines, apps and portals all seem unaffected and remain available 24/7. The MiPermit customer service centre will continue to be open 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends. We are seeing the first signs of increased demand on our call services and will review opening times on 15th June 2020. Our automated telephone lines, apps and portals will all remain available 24/7. Please note that this would only affect our ability to answer telephone calls. Our web site, smartphone apps, and SMS services will all be running as normal.
