Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Our customer service centre is experiencing some delays in answering calls. If your query is not urgent please email help@mipermit.com.

The MiPermit customer service centre is almost back to full availability We are open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. With your patience and valued support, our emergency call centre teams have assisted 70,000 members of the public since lockdown. We will continue to work closely with all Local Authorities as their parking rules and regulations evolve.
We are continually monitoring the situation with COVID-19 to ensure we can continue to provide an uninterrupted service to our customers. However, as the situation escalates we may have to reduce the capacity of our customer services centre, or suspend our telephone support.

Please note that this would only affect our ability to answer telephone calls. Our web site, smartphone apps, and SMS services will all be running as normal.

Our communities are being significantly disrupted. As a nation, working together, small adjustments will mean that we can help to protect our families and friends.
