The MiPermit customer service centre will continue to be open 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends. We are seeing the first signs of increased demand on our call services and will review opening times on 15th June 2020. Our automated telephone lines, apps and portals will all remain available 24/7. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this health emergency.
We are continually monitoring the situation with COVID-19 to ensure we can continue to provide an uninterrupted service to our customers. However, as the situation escalates we may have to reduce the capacity of our customer services centre, or suspend our telephone support.

Please note that this would only affect our ability to answer telephone calls. Our web site, smartphone apps, and SMS services will all be running as normal.

Our communities are being significantly disrupted. As a nation, working together, small adjustments will mean that we can help to protect our families and friends.
