Chipside provides government teams with an integrated approach to the provision of digital citizen services for smart towns, cities and regions. Chipside's "digital citizen" project is transforming local government operated parking services throughout the UK. This involves removing every paper permit and license for a wide range of city services. At the heart of the project is the leading edge digital citizen account software suite www.mipermit.com, developed and directly supported by Chipside technical teams.
Reporting to the business services manager the role will be as below but not limited to:
- Assist the business services manager with day to day running of the business services team.
- Monitoring of holiday and sickness
- One to one's
- Staff development and training
- Handling escalated complaints professionally and to the satisfaction of all parties
- Effective implementation of KPI's
- Effective communication at all levels
What we're looking for:
Hours: We are looking for someone to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am - 4pm) with flexible working hours for the remaining days
Suitable for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive team leader looking to take the next step with their career, you will be reliable, punctual and be a strong leader. Applicants should have at least 1 year supervisory or team leading experience.
